About that review request

You are probably here because you got a text message after a contractor finished a job for you, asking how it went. This page explains who sent it and what to do next.

Who sent the message

The message came from DispatchSam, a service operated by DESIGNFLARE LLC. We answer the phone and book appointments on behalf of the heating, plumbing and electrical contractor you called. The work was done by that contractor; we handled the call and the scheduling.

Why you received it

You agreed to receive text messages during the phone call when you booked, or by texting the contractor's number first. We record that consent against your booking before any automated message is sent. We do not buy, rent, or accept lists of phone numbers from anyone.

Leaving a review

Reviews go directly to the contractor's own listing — usually their Google Business Profile. The link in your message takes you there. It is entirely optional, nobody is paid for a positive one, and we never write or edit reviews on anyone's behalf.

If the job did not go well, please tell the contractor directly rather than us — they are the ones who can put it right. Their number is the one you originally called.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop immediately and record the opt-out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information is shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
