  • Going up: we email you an invoice for the new monthly rate, and the extra capacity starts once it's paid. Nothing on your account changes before then.
  • Going down: you keep what you have for the rest of this month, which you've already paid for, and move to the smaller plan on the 1st. Nothing is charged and nothing is refunded.
