HVAC
Your HVAC calls, answered and booked while you're in the attic.
Sam answers your shop's number any hour, asks what a dispatcher asks, and books the service call into your Google Calendar. No-cool in July and no-heat in January get the same answer: a time.
(737) 618-5983What Sam asks
What's wrong, the ZIP, who it's for and the address, checked with Google. Then two times that are actually free.
Everyday calls like these get booked: The AC's running but blowing warm. The furnace clicks and won't light. A thermostat that's gone blank.
What Sam treats as an emergency
Safety instructions first, a text to your on-call phone during the call, then the soonest slot.
- A gas, rotten-egg or sulphur smell: Sam tells them to leave and call 911 or the gas company, then texts your on-call phone.
- A carbon monoxide alarm: out of the house and 911 first, then the text to you.
- Smoke, burning or scorching from the unit.
- No heat or no cooling where someone vulnerable is in the house: an infant, someone elderly, someone with a medical condition.
